A proven global track record with the largest European independent oil and gas company, successfully leading projects exceeding €1 billion, managing significant operational assets, steering global organisations, and spearheading market entry initiatives, including geothermal opportunities.
Torgeir Norstad
Managing Director Norway & Co-Founder
Over 26 years of experience in technical, operational, project, and senior management roles within international oil and gas companies, including BP, Norsk Hydro, Equinor, Rocksource, Dea Norge, and Wintershall Dea. Comprehensive expertise across the full E&P life cycle – from exploration to decommissioning.

Chief Subsurface Officer & Co-Founder
Over 18 years in senior subsurface management roles within Wintershall Dea’s upstream and CCUS business. Extensive subsurface expertise across the full E&P life cycle, including asset evaluation and due diligence for significant asset deals.
